Super Training Options
Individualized training in a group setting? YES! Stay on task, meet and exceed your goals and do strength training all while in a group setting. Everyone's goals are different, so our coaching team starts off by assessing yours with a running profile survey, and then creates a custom training plan with injury prevention based strength training and form work to meet those goals. However, we have found that the group setting is a great way to motivate each other towards those goals and to develop life long friendships and community. For many, this is a new and fun approach and we are very excited to offer this team variation of personalized training.
The Super Team consists of 8 experienced, motivated Coaches of all levels. Trust that there is someone for you to run with.
Wednesdays at 6pm
Saturdays at 7am

Is your schedule too difficult to make group training? Is group training not for you? Would you like a little more attention? Private coaching will let you create your own schedule with monthly Coach sessions. Focus on strength and form work to reach your goal. This option is flexible and can also be done remote.
Hourly sessions available if you're looking to add in strength training to enhance current fitness. Strength is the foundation for success for any fitness goal. Sessions are done based on your ability and goals. Available at your home or other meet up locations.
